Red Deer County residents can experience summer by attending the Pop-Ups in Gasoline Alley-Liberty Landing playground, Springbrook and Spruce View. The Pop-Ups are part of the County’s free-of-charge summer recreational programs and is sponsored by EPCOR with a free barbeque included.
“We are excited to be offering our residents fun activities with the opportunity to explore and reconnect in their communities” says Community Services manager Jo-Ann Symington.
In partnership with the Red Deer Arts Council, In the Neighbourhood Concert Series is also back for a third season. In the next couple of months, residents can enjoy live outdoor community-based concerts located throughout venues within Red Deer County, with a barbeque and family activities starting at 5 p.m. and performances scheduled for 6 p.m.
