Planning and Development Services staff are knowledgeable in matters regarding permits, zoning, surveying, property lines, future development plans for specific areas, access to properties, and various bylaws regarding land useage.
Planning & Development Services provides a variety of services pertaining to the management of growth and development of the County's rural land base and its unincorporated settlements.
These services include the preparation and implementation of statutory plans, and the review and processing of development related applications.
