Mailing Address Updates

Canada Post has converted all Rural Route addresses in Red Deer County to the 9-1-1 Municipal Address, with the exception of all Rural Routes that fall in Lousana. The deadline of September 19, 2017 has passed and Canada Post will no longer deliver mail to the rural route addresses.

Have you updated your mailing address with the Red Deer County? Red Deer County does not change an owner’s mailing address unless informed by the land owner. Change of address forms are available at or you can contact Red Deer County’s office at 403.350.2150 or by emailing

Red Deer County also recommends that residents also notify Alberta Land Titles of any address changes. Contact a local Registries office for more information.
